Today we went to Red Lobster for dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Barber. You followed your schedule perfectly and allowed us to eat dinner while you slept quietly in your carseat. Dad was in heaven eating seafood and ordered enough to feed the entire family.
We made plans afterward to go swimming at their hotel. Grandma had sent you a package in the mail before you were born and inside was a cute little pink swimsuit. Mom was so excited to finally put you in it. You had swim diapers ready for the occasion, but the smallest size were still too big.
We went to the Marriott in Orem by Winco where Grandma and Grandpa were staying. Grandpa went to go buy a new car while we went down to the pool.
The pool was pretty cool and the hot tub was warm, but not hot - so we settled on the hot tub. You got into the hot tub with Dad and you were all smiles. You didn't talk, but we knew you liked it. We were in there for maybe 5 minutes max, and you seemed to enjoy yourself. Mom can't wait for this summer when we will be outside in the sun, playing with our toys, and floating in the pool.
